Full‑size products purchased on our website may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Samples are final sale and cannot be returned. Only products purchased directly from www.faceatelier.com are eligible for return. Shipping costs are non‑refundable, and refunds will not be issued for products that have been overused. FACE atelier eGift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged. Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility.
You must obtain a return authorization (RA) code from our Customer Care team before returning an item. FACE atelier is based in Canada and if an unauthorized return results in extra duties or taxes, those charges will be deducted from your refund. There are no exceptions to these policies.There are no exceptions made to the above-stated policies.

Please email FACE atelier Customer Care at help@faceatelier.com to request a return authorization (RA) code. Once approved, you will receive an email with your RA code. Repack the items carefully and clearly mark the shipping carton with the RA code.
FACE atelier returns can only be shipped using Canada Post, USPS or the postal system in country in which you reside. Deliveries from couriers including FedEx, UPS or DHL will not be accepted. Please keep a record of your tracking number so you can monitor the progress of your return.
RETURNS FROM OUTSIDE CANADA
When you initiate a return from outside Canada, including the United States, the commercial invoice must contain the following information:
Description of goods returned: Makeup – return to vendor – not for resale
Value: $0.05/EA
Failure to complete the commercial invoice with this information may result in duties, taxes, brokerage, or disbursement bond fees. If this occurs, the amounts charged will be deducted from your refund.

Upon receipt, your return will be reviewed by our Customer Care team. You will be contacted by email once the review is complete. If the return is accepted, we will refund the purchase price (including taxes but excluding shipping) to the credit card used for the original order. Please note that your financial institution may take up to 7 business days to reflect the transaction.
