Full-size product purchased on our website may be returned within 30 days of purchase. Samples are a final sale and cannot be returned under any circumstances. Only products that were purchased on www.faceatelier.com can be returned. Shipping costs are not eligible to be refunded and refunds will not be given for a product that has been overused. Please note that FACE atelier eGift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
You cannot return an item without receiving a return authorization (RA) code from our Customer Care team. If an unauthorized return results in extra duties or taxes, they will be deducted from the amount owing for the return.
There are no exceptions made to the above-stated policies.

Please email our Customer Care team at solutions@faceatelier.com to request a return authorization code. Once your request has been approved, you will receive an email with an RA code. Carefully repack the items and clearly mark the shipping carton with the RA code.
FACE atelier returns can only be shipped using Canada Post or USPS. Deliveries from FedEx or UPS will not be accepted. Please retain a record of your tracking number so you are able to monitor the progress of the return.

Returns from the United States or other countries
If you're returning an item from the United States, the commercial invoice MUST contain the following information:
Description of goods returned: Used makeup - return to vendor - not for resale
Value: $0.05/EA.
Failure to fill out the commercial invoice with this information may result in duties, taxes, brokerage and disbursement bond fees.
Should this occur, the amounts charged will be deducted from your refund.

Once the return has been received and reviewed by our Customer Care team, we will refund the purchase price (including taxes but excluding shipping) to the credit card used when placing the initial order. You will be contacted by email once the refund has been processed. Please note that your financial institution will take approximately 7 business days to reflect this transaction.
