  • **HOW TO USE IT** 1. MOISTURIZE – Lip Lock is naturally drying, so apply it to well-moisturized lips. Use a hydrating formula like Lip Putty beforehand if your lips are dry or chapped for smoother, longer-lasting colour. 2. APPLY LIPSTICK – Apply your favourite lipstick generously, overlining with a lip pencil if desired for a fuller look 3. BLOT – Gently blot your lips with a tissue to remove any excess lipstick. 4. APPLY LIP LOCK – Brush a thin, even layer of Lip Lock over your lipstick for a sealed, transfer-resistant finish. 5. ALLOW TO DRY – Let the product dry completely. It forms a clear, shellac-like finish that locks colour in place and prevents fading, transfer and smudging. 6.
